Featured Exercise

    BALL EXTENSION - To do this exercise correctly: 1. Lie face up on the floor and support yourself with your elbows. 2. Place an exercise ball between your ankles and extend your legs straight as shown. 3. Return to the start position. 4. Continue this motion for 12-16 reps.

Fitness Tips

Be real and specific.

Write down three or four realistic goals that you know you can stick with. For example, "I will try to lose one pound of body fat every week. I will walk for 25 minutes minimum four times a week." Avoid setting unreachable goals that will only frustrate you.
