BALL EXTENSION - To do this exercise correctly: 1. Lie face up on the floor and support yourself with your elbows. 2. Place an exercise ball between your ankles and extend your legs straight as shown. 3. Return to the start position. 4. Continue this motion for 12-16 reps.
